Sugar Bee Waxing wants to ensure the safety of your children. Therefore, children are not allowed in the rooms where services are being performed. Our estheticians use hot wax and sugar which could pose a safety risk to children. Children under the age of 10 should not be left alone in the waiting area.  

To make your experience as comfortable as possible for both clients and estheticians, we ask that clients come into the service rooms alone. Our rooms are not spacious enough for anyone to pull up a seat or to have a baby stroller. 

We understand that all our clients are busy bees. Please plan your appointment accordingly. New clients should arrive 5 minutes before their appointments to complete their Client Consultation Form. Although we always try our best, there is no guarantee that we can accommodate clients who are late. If you will be more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please reschedule unless there is no one scheduled after your slot. Please be mindful of everyone's time, we want to be fair to everyone. 

If you are using any topical skin products such as Retional, Rentin-A, Alpha Hydroxy, Glocolic Acid, Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid, or any other skin thinning products you should cease use 3-7 days before your session. These products can increase the chances of over exfoliation, and may cause serious damage to your skin when combined with hair removal. Please inform your esthetician of any anti-aging or acne treatments that you are currently using. By law, an esthetician will not wax anyone who has not cease skin medication prior their procedure. Clients who are taking Acutane internally should not get any type of waxing.  

A deposit of 50% of your total appointment value is required to book any appointment that is forty minutes or longer. In the case of cancellation or rescheduling, a 24-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund; otherwise, it will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule past the 24-hour notice timeframe, you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
