Waxing Dos & Don'ts

• Allow hair to grow at least 1/4" before your session. 
• Be Fresh for your appointment - cleansed skin is best. 
• Exfoliate 48hrs after your wax or sugar session. 
• Wait at least 48hrs after your session before you receive another skin treatment, such as a facial. 
• Read our studio polices before you go. 

• Are you sensitive? 
• Have you experienced a skin reaction in the past? 
• Do you have any allergies? 
• Are you pregnant? 

Are you taking any of the following medications: 

• Blood thinners
• Retin-A
• Acutane
• Salicylic Acid 
• Benzoyl Perozide 

• Do not exfoliate 48hrs before your wax or sugar session. 
• Do not get another skin treatment within 48hrs your session. 
• Avoid shaving between appointments. 
• Avoid touching freshly waxed skin for 24hrs. 
• Avoid exposure to sun or tanning beds 48hrs before and after your session. 
• Avoid friction on the skin. 
• Avoid putting on cosmetics on freshly waxed skin. 
• Avoid HOT baths or showers for 48hrs after your session.
