Clients must fill out a Client Consultation Form before their first appointment. Any one under 18 years old, must have a parent signature on their Client Consultation Form before receiving any of our services. A Deposit of 50% of your total appointment value is required to book any appointment that is forty minutes or longer. In the case of cancellation or rescheduling, a 24-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund; otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule past the 24-hour timeframe, you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
